2024-25: Competed in every tournament for the Lady Buffs with an adjusted stroke average of 76.5 for the season ... Posted a season-best 18th-place finish at the WT West Regional Preview... Helped WT to a NCAA National Championships appearance and NCAA Quarterfinal appearance...

At Ridge Point High School: Won the district championship in her senior season... Also advanced to the Texas State Championship after a 3rd-place finish at the regional tournament... Named team MVP in junior and senior seasons... Qualified for the regional tournament in freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons... Won the 2023 TJGT TX State Match Play Championship, 2023 STPGA Vortech Contracting Championship, and the 2024 TJGT Woodlands Sprint Championship...

Coach Jameson's Take: Kara comes to WT as a proven and gritty competitor.  She has a powerful swing and wonderful touch around the greens that enables her to play aggressively when warranted.  I look forward to working with her for the next four years as she represents WT.
