2020-21: Competed in every round for the Lady Buffs with a season stroke average of 76.12. Placed in the top 10 six times in 10 tournaments. She fired her low 54 hole score at the LSC Championship 73-75-71 for a T14th finish. Thanks to her length off the tee, she led the team on eagles and birdies, recording 3 and 60 respectively. The 3 eagles in a season is the best in program history, and 60 birdies in a season is 2nd highest in program history. Named to the LSC Honorable Mention All-LSC Team and Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team.
2019-20: Became the second women’s golfer in LSC history to be named the Newcomer of the Year after competing in all six tournament for the Lady Buffs after transferring from Coker College. She finished the season with the 14
th best stroke average in program history, 76.79, including a pair of Top 10 finishes. She finished tied for 10
th at the WT Fall Invitational after an opening round 6-over, 78, followed by a 10
th place finish at the Rattler Invitational where she shot a season-best 3-under, 69, in the second round. She averaged 5.05 strokes on Par 5’s, the fourth-lowest in program history, while also ranking in the Top 10 in Par 3 scoring.Â
Coker College: Had an impressive freshman campaign at Coker College where she set program records for single round and 54-hole tournament. She also earned All-South Atlantic Conference Team honors with a stroke average of 77.06 while leading her team to a pair of tournament victories.
Clover High School: Graduated in 2018 where she was a three-time region champion. She also finished in the Top 10 at the state tournament four times combined with wins at the Trojan Invitational and Pink Tournament.Â
Personal: Daughter of David and Sharon Campbell. Undecided on major.
Coach Jameson’s Take:  Alyssa has grown significantly in her game while at WT. As one of the longest hitters off the tee in the nation, she is able to put herself in position for birdies effectively. I am excited for Alyssa to push the team as our sole upper-classmen this year on our young team.
