University of Ghana:
Ran under head coach Elorm Amenapkor. At the 2022 All-Africa University Games, he was a gold medalist in the 4x100-meter relay, Silver medalist in the 4x400-meter relay, and Bronze medalist in the 100-meter. At the 2021 Junior Olympics, he was a champion in the 100-meter and the 4x100-meter relay.
Ghana Secondary Technical School:
Earned the 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 Best Athlete of the Year. He owns the school and Zonal record in the 100-meter, 4x100-meter relay, and 4x400-meter relay. He also holds the school record in the 200-meter relay.

Born December 11, 1999. Son of Jacob and Cecilia Ryan. Brother to Georgina and De-Graft. Plans to major in Sports and Exercise Science.
