CANYON, Texas – The West Texas A&M Buffaloes fired rounds of 286, 307 and 285 for a total team score of 878 (+38) to finish third at the Hardscrabble Invitational hosted by UAFS at Hardscrabble Country Club (Par 70, 6,783 Yards) in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Victor Estas (70, 77, 68) and Pepe De La Concepción Quílez (73, 72, 70) led the way for the Buffs as they both shot a 215 (+5) to finish tied for fourth overall. The Buffs registered 19 birdies during Tuesday's final round including five by Estas and four by
Wyatt Provence.

Missouri Southern State registered a team score of 869 (+29) to claim the team title by three strokes over Central Oklahoma. Tradgon McCrae of MSSU fired rounds of 68, 72 and 70 for an even-par 210 to win the individual crown by four shots over Andrew Fakult of UAFS and MSSU teammate Luis Limon.

The Buffs return to the course on March 18-19 as they travel to Edmond, Oklahoma to take part in the Oak Tree Invitational hosted by Oklahoma Christian at Oak Tree Country Club.
