General: Rapstine brings agility and a strong background to the Lady Buffs.

2008: Rapstine competed in the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater, Okla. on Oct. 4. She finished 72nd with a run of 21:16. The West Texas A&M women's cross country team, placed second among six teams competing at the Incarnate Word Cardinal Invitational, held Sept. 27 at Live Oak City Park in San Antonio. Rapstine finished 12th with a run of 25:22.7. The West Texas A&M women's cross country team won the overall team championship at the Abilene Christian Cross Country Classic, held Sept. 6 on the Sherrod Park course in Abilene. Rapstine finished 14th with a run of 20:50.06.

2007: Rapstine was recognized as the NCAA Division II, All-Academic Women's Cross Country Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for hercontribution to the overall teamGPA. Rapstine competed in the NCAA-II South Central Regional meet, hosted by Missouri Southern in Joplin, Mo. on Nov. 3. She placed 73rd with a run of 24:00. The women's cross country team placed 3rd overall in the Lone Star Conference Championships in Commerce on Oct. 20. Rapstine placed 21st with a run of 24:47:77. She finished 12th at the ASU Blue & Gold Classic in San Angelo on Oct. 12. The women's cross country team finished fourth overall at the Texas Tech Invitational in Lubbock on Sept. 15. She finished with a run of 19:25:20. Rapstine competed in the WTAMU Buffalo Stampede in Canyon on Aug. 31. She finished 15th with a run of 21:15.

High School: Rapstine attended White Deer High where she ran for coach Suni Petty. She was a state qualifier in cross country all four years. Rapstine placed 22nd in 2006 and 8th in 2005. She placed 21st in 2004 and 6th in 2003. She was a regional qualifier in track all four years in the one mile relay and qualified for three years in the two mile relay. Rapstine was named MVP in cross country and track. She was a state qualifier and served as regional president for Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). Rapstine was president of the National Honor Society. She also served on student council and was class secretary. She lettered all four years in basketball and received All District honors.
