2008: Hartsfield competed in the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater, Okla. on Oct. 4. She finished 14^th with a run of 19:41. The West Texas A&M women's cross country team won the overall team championship at the Abilene Christian Cross Country Classic, held Sept. 6 on the Sherrod Park course in Abilene. Hartsfield placed fifth with a run of 19:44.85.

2007: Hartsfield was recognized as the NCAA Division II, All-Academic Women's Cross Country Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for her outstanding GPA and for her contribution to the teams' overall GPA. Hartsfieldrecieved the PowerAde Personal Best Athlete honors. Hartsfield received the WTAMU Most Valuable Runner Award. Hartsfield competed in the South Central Regional Championship in Joplin, Mo. on Nov. 3, where she placed 30th with a run of 22:45 in the 6K. Hartsfield competed in the LSC Championship in Commerce on Oct. 20, where the team finished third. She placed 12^th with a run of 23:52.58.Hartsfield competed in the Angelo State University, Blue & Gold Classic in San Angelo on Oct. 12, where the team finished second.

2006: Hartsfield received the WTAMU Scholar Athlete Award for 2006-07. Hartsfield was named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.Hartsfield competed in the LSC Championship in Stephenville on Oct. 21, where the team received second overall. She placed 20thwith a run of 23:45. Hartsfield competed at the Angelo State University, Blue & Gold Classic in San Angelo on Oct. 10, where the team finished first overall and she placed 7th individually.Hartsfieldcompeted in the Tarleton State Invitational in Stephenville on Sept. 23, where shebrought home first place honorsandthe team finished first overall.

High School: Hartsfield attended Perryton High where she ran for coach Allan Herbert. She placed 12^th individually at the state meet in 2006 and 20^th at the state meet in 2002. Hartsfield was named MVP in basketball and cross country. She was Academic All District and served on student council. Hartsfield lettered all four years in basketball and softball.
