Lady Buffs Move Up in the National Poll to Tie with Emporia

CANYON, Texas - The West Texas A&M Lady Buffs moved up one spot to number six in the American Volleyball Coaches Association poll, released by officials Monday. They share the spot with South Central region opponent, Emporia State, previously ranked number three.

 

The two teams will have the opportunity to break the tie on Friday, Oct. 2, as the Lady Buffs take on the Hornets in the first matchup of the Lady Blues Classic Tournament at Washburn University in Topeka, Kan.
