The West Texas A&M University volleyball team will travel to Arlington, Texas to participate in the University of Texas-Arlington Spring Tournament Saturday, April 17, in the Lady Buffs' final tournament of the spring.

WTAMU is the only Division II team in the tournament, opening against Baylor University at 9 a.m. The Lady Buffs will return to the court to take on the host, UT-Arlington at 1 p.m., then turn right around and take on Houston University at 2 p.m. WTAMU will close out the tournament at 4 p.m. facing Stephen F. Austin University.

The Lady Buffs are coming off last week's tournament at Lawton, Okla., hosted by Cameron University, where WTAMU split its four matches.

WTAMU ended last season 29-8, winning its seventh-straight LSC South crown and captured its fifth LSC Championship in a row. The Lady Buffs made their 10th-straight appearance in the NCAA-II Tournament, where WTAMU lost to Rockhurst in the NCAA-II Southwest Regional quarterfinals.
