GOODWILL, Okla. - For the sixth straight match, the No. 15 West Texas A&M volleyball team walked off the volleyball court victorious as Tuesday night the Lady Buffs swept Oklahoma Panhandle State by the scores of 30-9, 30-16 and 30-18 in Goodwill, Okla.

The victory improves the Lady Buffs' overall record to 25-7 on the year, marking the third straight season and 19th time in program history that the squad has notched at least 25 wins in a season. The Aggies, meanwhile, dropped their third match of the season to WTAMU and fall to 1-31 on the year.

Freshman middle blocker Cherilyn McMenamy paced the Lady Buffs with eight kills in the match, while sophomores Melissa Harper and Natalie Johnson added seven apiece. Freshman setter Teresa Dunn played a majority of the minutes on Tuesday and tossed up 17 assists.

The Lady Buffs jump back into Lone Star Conference action on Thursday with a pivotal road contest against Midwestern State. The Lady Buffs lead the LSC with a 9-0 conference record but are followed closely by the Mustangs who possess a 7-1 league mark. First serve from MSU's D.L. Ligon Coliseum is set for 7:30 p.m.
