DULUTH, Minn. - The Lady Buffs picked up their seventh win of the season as they beat North Dakota, 3-0, in their second match of the Minnesota-Duluth Tournament. Outside hitter Natalie Johnson led the offensive attack with 13 kills and Laura Prinsen added nine, helping the squad finish the match with a .383 hitting percentage. With the win, WTAMU improved to 7-4 on the season.

Helping out on offense were outside hitters Jamie Lakatos and Cherilyn McMenamy, who tallied eight kills apiece, while setters Katie Rickwartz and Teresa Dunn dished out a combined 39 assists; Rickwartz had 22 while Teresa Dunn had 17.

Defensively, junior Sara Contreras recorded 20 digs and Alyssa Bromwell added eight more.

Tomorrow, in the final day of the tournament, the Lady Buffs face Ferris State at 11:30 a.m. then conclude play when they match up against host Minnesota-Duluth at 4:30 p.m.
