DENVER, Colo. - The Lady Buff volleyball team continued its solid day at the Colorado Premier on Friday as the team notched its second win of the day by defeating tournament host Metro State in four games (30-28, 31-29, 23-30 and 30-22).

West Texas A&M improves to 6-1 on the season while Metro State drops to 1-6.

Sophomore outside hitter Natalie Johnson paced the squad with 17 kills while Laura Prinsen chipped in with 14 and freshman Jamie Lakatos added 13. Sophomore setter dished out 53 assists on the night while freshman middle blocker Lauren Thedford produced five blocks and four service aces.

The Lady Buffs are back in action tomorrow with a noon match-up against Southwest Minnesota State.
