Lancaster joins the Lady Buffs after a successful prep career at Fort Elliot High in Mobeetie, Texas under head coach Brad Slatton. An outside hitter, Lancaster helped lead her team to the area finals as a senior and was named the District MVP for three years. She earned Newcomer of the Year accolades as a freshman and was an All-State selection as a junior and senior. A two-sport athlete, Lancaster received TGCA All-State and TABC All-State recognition in basketball. An honor society member, she was an academic all-State selection in basketball as a junior and a senior and a volleyball academic all-State selection as a senior. Lancaster is the daughter of Earnest and Brenda Lancaster.
