2009: Myles appeared in 49 games during her rookie campaign, drawing 44 starts while leading the Lady Buffs with a slugging percentage of .620 and an on base percentage of .556. In just 108 at-bats, she had 44 hits, 14 doubles, three home runs and held a batting average of .407 on the season. She also was perfect on the base paths, successfully stealing three bases in three chances. With a total of 64 putouts and 43 assists, Myles boasted a fielding percentage of .973. Offensively, she set a season high with a 3-for-3 performance at the plate with her first WT career home run on Feb. 21 against Lincoln and tallied five RBI's. She tied that season high mark again with a 3-for-3 performance contest against Central Oklahoma on April 24. Myles best defensive performance of the season was on March 29 against Central Oklahoma where she tallied a season high of five putouts and one assist. Myles was named to the 2009 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division All-America second team as well as the Daktronics All-South Central Region second team for her 2009 season effort. The freshman also was named to the All-LSC South Division second team. High School: Myles attended Southlake Carroll, Texas, HS, where she played at both second and third base, shortstop, as well as all outfield positions. During her final campaign, she was named first team all-district and academic all-district. She finished her senior season with .499 batting average, a .600 on-base percentage and had a .915 fielding percentage. Myles was a three-time academic all-district selection.
