The West Texas A&M University women's soccer matches at Austin, Texas and San Antonio, Texas have been cancelled due to the threat of Hurricane Rita. A possible make-up date for one or both will be announced Friday, but would be played at Canyon.

The Lady Buffs were originally scheduled to play St. Edward's University on Saturday, Sept. 24 at Austin and at the University of Incarnate Word on Monday, Sept. 26 at San Antonio.

Pending the schedule schedule change, WTAMU will travel to Denver, Colo., to play Regis College on Friday, Sept. 30.

The Lady Buffs are 3-2-1 on the year after a come-from-behind 5-2 win Tuesday over Eastern New Mexico University in which WTAMU rallied from a 2-0 first time deficit.
