ALAMOSA, Colo. - Junior Stephanie Boldger led the West Texas A&M women's golf team to a first place result on day one of the Grizzly Invitational/RMAC #3 with an individual first place finish, shooting a 73. The Lady Buffs shot a total of 304, giving them a 10-stroke lead over second place Western New Mexico.

Sophomores Whitney Osborne and Mollie Peterson tied for second place as they both shot a 75 on the Par 71 course.

The second and final round of the invitational will begin at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Cattails Golf Course.
