CANYON, Texas - -

CANYON, Texas - The WT Equestrian Team traveled to Murfreesboro, Tenn., April 23-26th, to compete in IHSA Nationals, hosted by Middle Tennessee State. The IHSA had over 350 competing schools and over 8000 riders for the 2008-2009 show season. Over 400 riders competed as individuals and as team members of the 18 hunter teams and nine western teams.   

At the conclusion of the four-day competition, the WTAMU Equestrian Team placed fifth in Western competition and 10^th in Hunt Seat.

Western (Fifth place):

Ryan Eberlein, Individual Advanced Horsemanship- finalist
