CANYON, Texas - After discussions between officials from both schools and representatives from the Lone Star Conference, the West Texas A&M athletic department has announced that it will move the tip-off times for Saturday's basketball doubleheader with Abilene Christian at the First United Bank Center to 2 p.m. for the women's game and 4 p.m. for the men's contest.

The change from the original start times of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. was made to accommodate the travel schedules of the ACU teams and in a proactive effort for winter weather which is forecast for the area during the weekend.
