A four year letterwinner for the Lady Buffs, Jennifer Brock returns to the Lady Buffs' basketball program as an assistant coach.

Brock graduated from WTAMU in May, 2007, with a degree in sports & exercise science and English. She helped the Lady Buffs collect a 28-4 record as a senior en route to winning the Lone Star Conference regular season title and reaching the NCAA-II South Central Regional Semifinals. During her career, WTAMU was 101-25 overall; Brock racked up an average of 7.8 points per game (954 total), 3.4 rebounds per game (422 total) and a .733 free throw percentage in addition to 554 assists and 218 steals.

Brock is in WT's record books for a number of categories, including first in assists in a season (222 in 2005-06), second in assist average in a season (6.9 in 2005-06), third in career assists (554). She is also third in career free throws made (410) and career free throws attempted (559) for sixth place in career free throw percentage (.733). Additionally, Brock is ninth in free throws made in a season (125 in the 2005-06), fourth in career games played (124), sixth in career steals (218), sixth in assists in a game (14 on Feb. 11, 2006) and 17th in career points (954, 2002-07).

As a senior in high school, Brock helped her squad finished 26-9 overall and the Class 2A state runner-up while averaging 17.7 points, six rebounds and five assists per games. The team also claimed the district title and the regional title to go along with the state final appearance. Brock earned a host of awards for her efforts, including District 5-2A Most Valuable Player, Class 2A All-State by TABC, TGCA and TSWA, All-South Plains 2A Player of the Year, All-South Plains Super Team as well as being named to the state tournament All-Tournament Team. Brock was also chosen as a TABC and a TGCA All-Star. Academically, Brock was a member of National Honor Society, was an honor graduate and was named Academic All-State in cross country and basketball. Her club basketball team, the West Texas Star Hawks, were National AAU Champs and BCI runner-up in 2001 and AAU runner-up and BCI champs in 2002.

The Abernathy, Texas, native received her master's degree in Sports & Exercise Science.
