General: Huerta brings commitment and speed to the buffs.

2007: Huerta competed in the Texas Tech Invitational on Sept. 17 in Lubbock. He finished the five mile run in 29:29.20.

High School: Huerta attended Hereford High where he ran for coach Ray Baca. He ran the 5K, 3200 and 1600. Huerta ran 5K in 17:02 and 3K in 15:51.
