Mayer Wins High Jump at LSC Championships
KINGSVILLE, Texas - Eldon Grimslid placed sixth in the men's decathlon at the 75th running of the Lone Star Conference Track & Field Championships, being held this weekend at Kingsville, Texas. In earning the sixth-place finish, Grimslid (Senior, Holmen, Wisc.) earned one point, the first point that WT has ever scored in the LSC Championships. MORE

Buffs Have Final Tune-Up Before LSC Championships
ABILENE, Texas - The West Texas A&M Track & Field program competed at the Oliver Jackson Invitational, held this past Thursday at Elmer Gray Stadium in Abilene, Texas. The meet was WT's final outing before heading to the Lone Star Conference Championships next weekend in Kingsville, Texas. Headlining the Buffs' efforts were the performances of high jumper Gage Mayer, decathlete Eldon Grimslid, and middle-distance runners Allie Reyna and Jarret Kachel. MORE
