CANYON, Texas – The late season snowfall which fell upon the Canyon-Amarillo area Friday has resulted in West Texas A&M cancelling both the Buffalo Stampede, to have been played at La Paloma Country Club in Amarillo, Texas, as well as the Lady Buff Stampede, to have been held at the Tascosa Country Club, originally scheduled for Monday, March 30 and Tuesday March 31.

The tournaments will not be rescheduled.

The Lady Buffs next outing will be April 6-7 when they participate in the Grand Canyon Invitational, to be held at the Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, Ariz. The Buffaloes will also compete on April 6-7 at the UCO-Kickingbird Classic, to be held at Kickingbird Golf Club in Edmond, Okla.
