The West Texas A&M University men's golf team finished fourth on Tuesday at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate in Lawton, Okla. hosted by Cameron University.

The Buffs combined to shoot an 876, finishing behind first place Cameron (846), Central Oklahoma (851) and Southwestern Oklahoma (863).

Collin Garrett and Kolby Seals, both from Cameron, shared the first place title with a final score of 209. The top four finishers were separated by only one stroke.

Senior Josh Duckworth was WTAMU's top finisher carding a 218 for the tournament, to finish in 10th place. Freshman James Dillingham was not far behind shooting a 219. These two were followed closely by junior Joshua Luongo (221), Chris Washburn (222) and Jimmy Jameson (225). Fellow teammates junior Josiah Stutheit and sophomore Preston Snider, playing as individuals, shot a 225 & 232 respectively.

The men hit the green's again next weekend (Sept. 28/29) at Muskogee, Okla. when they participate in the NSU Golf Classic.
