After a three and a half hour rain delay, the West Texas A&M University men's golf team resumed play at a rainy, drizzly La Paloma Golf Club at Amarillo, Texas and the Buffs finished in second-place, while senior Josh Duckworth captured individual honors by winning a one-hole playoff.

Duckworth carded a two-under par 69 Tuesday to finish the three rounds with a five-under 208. Eric Moore from Northeastern State University shot a four-under 67 to also finish with a 208. One hole was all that was needed to decide the playoff.

St. Mary's University blistered the soggy course for a combined one-under 283 Tuesday, the lowest round of the tournament, to take the team honors in the nine-team field with a 877. STMU's Luck Antonelli carded the lowest round of the tournament with a five-under 67 Tuesday.

After shooting a 293 and 294 in the first two rounds Monday, WTAMU maintained its consistent play with a 292 to finish with an 879.

Senior Jimmy Jameson finished tied for fourth with a two-over 215, while junior Chris Washburn finished tied for 19th with a 228.

WTAMU wraps up regular-season play next Monday-Tueday, April 12-13 at the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Invitatational at Weatherford, Okla. before the Lone Star Conference Championships April 19-20 at Trophey Club, Texas.
