GENERAL: This Central Texas product will be looking to provide depth in the Buffs' secondary corps.

2007: Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Smith played on both sides of the ball for the Killeen (Texas) Kangaroos, earning first team all-District and Team MVP honors. In 10 games, he recorded 113 tackles, three fumble recoveries, two interceptions and forced a pair of fumbles. Smith was also a two-year letterwinner in basketball.

MAJOR: Smith is majoring in Sports & Exercise Science at WTAMU.
