Former West Texas A&M University men's basketball player Chris Bracey recently led his Irish SuperLeague team, the Tralee Tigers, to the league title and was named the playoff MVP.

Bracey, an Oak Park, Ill., native was second on the team in scoring in his first season with the Tigers, helped them go from last to first in the league, as Tralee was 5-17 last year.

Bracey teamed with another Chicago-area player and played for a coach that coached in the Chicago area. The trio was recently featured by the Chicago Tribune.
