General: The talented Tafo brings over two full seasons of Division I experience to the Buffs' basketball program.

Previous Four Year College: Tafo played 57 contests over the past three seasons at the University of Hartford. He saw action in just two contests in 2007-08, averaging 12.0 minutes, 6.0 points and 2.0 rebounds per outing. His production increased during the 2006-07 campaign as he saw action in 29 contests, averaging 14.1 minutes, 3.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. He registered a team-high 10 blocked shots and scored a career-high 13 points against New Hampshire. In 2005-06, he saw action in 26 contests, making 10 starts and averaging 11.7 minutes per outing, 0.8 points and 2.2 rebounds per game.

High School: Tafo averaged 13.0 points and 7.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per contest in 2004-05 while at Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock, Va. He earned the team's award for Most Improved Player. Tafo also attended Wolfeboro, N.H. Brewster Academy as well as the Antilles School (Virgin Islands). He was a member of the Cameroon Junior National Team.

Personal: Tafo is the son of Valerie and IsidorToukam. He was born in Cameroon and moved to France when he was two years old. He is majoring in General Studies at WTAMU.
