GENERAL - This Georgia junior college product gives the Buffs another solid performer who can play in either the guard rotation or at a small forward slot.

JUNIOR COLLEGE - Mincey joins the WT Basketball program from the College of Coastal Georgia. While at the Brunswick, Ga., institution, he averaged 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to earn team MVP honors.

HIGH SCHOOL - An all-Region and second team all-State selection while playing for coach Dan Moore's Glyn Academy squad, Mincey helped lead the Red Terror's to a 26-3 mark as a senior. Playing the small forward positoin, he averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds and four assists as a senior in 2005-06.

PERSONAL - Mincey is majoring in Sports & Exercise Science at WTAMU. He is the son of Elnora and Ava Mincey.
