General: Zemanek is a second-year player for the Buffs and returns to the team as a critical part of the pitching staff... he came to WTAMU from Pampa High School where he was named District 3-4A Player of the Year with a 9-1 overall record his senior year.

2003: Zemanek made 16 appearances and earned a 3-3 record... he pitched 51.0 innings, faced 234 batters, led the team in strike-outs with 33 and 7.24 ERA.

Personal: Born Nov. 29, 1984... son of Mike and Pam Zemanek... a pre-medicine major.
