2009: Lawrence was used sparingly in the infield for the Buffs as a junior in 2009, seeing time in eight contests while starting two. Lawrence hit for a .250 batting average with eight at-bats, two hits, and one RBI. When Lawrence did see time in the middle-infield for the Buffs, he registered a 1.000 fielding percentage with five putouts.

Junior College: Lawrence graduated from Walla Walla CC (Wash.) and helped lead the Warriors to the Championship Tournament in 2007 under head coach Mike Cummins.

High School: Lawrence graduated from Bellevue HS (Wash.) in 2005, playing shortstop and second baseman for the Wolverines. He also lettered in football, winning four Washington 3A State Championships on the gridiron.

Major: Lawrence is a Wildlife Biology major at West Texas A&M.

Personal: Lawrence is the son of Dean and Karen Lawrence and has two siblings: Jesse and Benna.
