West Texas A&M Buffalo Club Loyalty Points System
The Buffalo Club Loyalty Point System was created to reward and protect our Buffalo Club members by creating criteria that honors support of West Texas A&M Athletics.
Loyalty points are allocated based on three main categories:
Each of these categories have areas with a specific point value. The point total from each of the categories will be combined to create your point total. This total will be used to rank all current Buffalo Club members.
Loyalty points will be used in the future to determine who qualifies for items that are in low supply and high demand, including:
- Club & Suite Access
- Parking
- Season Ticket Seat Selection
- Invitations to Special Events
Affinity
One Time Point Accrual
Alumni - 10pts
Athletic Alumni - 15pts
Old Main Society - 10pts
Establish an Athletic Endowed Scholarship - 25pts
Naming Opportunity - 50pts
Establish a Planned Gift (Over $100,000) - 30pts
Alumni Association (Endowed Member)Â -Â 25pts

Alumni Association (Contributing Member) - 5pts per year
President's Circle Member - 5pts per year
T-Club Letterwinner's Association - 10pts per year
Buffalo Club Member ($100+) - 15pts per year

Example:
John is an Athletic Alumni that is a member of the T-Club Letterwinner's Association and the Buffalo Club at the Champion's Circle Level. He has been a member of the of the Buffalo Club for 5 years and a member of the T-Club Letterwinner's Association for 2 years. He has given to athletics for 7 consecutive years for a total of $35,000 and an additional $15,000 to the University. John has had season tickets in football, volleyball and softball for the past 3 years.
