2020 Outdoor:
 Canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2020 Indoor: Earned Second Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after finishing second in the 3,000-meters with the ninth-fastest time in program history, 10:22.73. Also finished 10th in the 5,000-meters after running 18:45.31. Ran the 10th fastest 5,000m in program history, 18:25.15, at the Wendy’s Pittsburg State Invitational. Also recorded an eighth-place finish in the 5K at the Crimson & Gold Invitational, 18:52.46.

2019 Cross Country:  Competed in in all seven meets for the Lady Buffs where she finished 51st with a seasonal best time of 23:34.49 for 6,000-meters for her highest career finish at the NCAA DII South Central Regional Championships. Earned All-Conference honors after finishing 13th at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a time of 23:43.33. Finished 68th at the Greater Louisville Classic running a season-best 19:23.1 for 5,000-meters. Finished 45th at the Texas Tech Open running 21:02.2. Opened the season with a 13th-place finish at the Buffalo Stampede.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000-meters at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational. 

2019 Indoor:Finished seventh in the 5,000-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 19:17.15. Also ran a leg on the distance medley relay that finished third in 12:48.91. Ran personal best times in the mile and 5,000m at the Indoor Gorilla Classic. She ran 5:21.13 to finish 30thin the mile followed up with a 18:37.16 in the 5K. Finished sixth in the 3,000m at The Power 5 running 11:21.94. 

2018 Cross Country: Earned All-Lone Star Conference honors for the first time in her career with a 14th place finish at the Lone Star Conference Championships. The junior covered the 6,000-meter course in a seasonal best time of 23:57.6 to help the Lady Buffs to a fourth place. She also finished 121st at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships. She also finished ninth at the LSC Preview Meet after finishing 34th at the South Plains College Cross Country Invitational.

2018 Outdoor: Finished second in the 10,000-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 39:15.77. Also finished 7th in the 5,000-meters running 18:50.25 in the final. Won the 5,000m at the West Texas A&M Invitational running 19:06.33 for her first collegiate victory.
 
2018 Indoor: Finished 9th in the 5,000-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 19:39.61. Ran a seasonal-best time of 5:53.78 in the mile and 12:03.74 for 3,000-meters at the Texas Tech Red & Black Open.
 
2017 Cross Country: Finished 21st at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 24:36.9 over 6,000-meters. She also finished 69th at the South Central Regional running a seasonal-best time of 23:44.1 at The Range. Recorded a 6th place finish at the Buffalo Stampede. Ran a seasonal-best time over 5,000-meters at the MSSU Southern Stampede at 18:59.6 to finish 50th.

2017 Outdoor: Redshirt.

2017 Indoor: Redshirt.

2016 Cross Country: Was in the Lady Buffs top five in all six races for the Lady Buffs during her freshman year at WT. Finished 104th at the South Central Region. Finished 27th at the Lone Star Cross Country Championships in a time of 24:08.7. Ran a personal-best time of 24:03.4 over 6k at the Buffalo Stampede where she finished sixth. Finished 22nd at the MSU Denver Invitational.

High School: Graduated from Canyon High School in 2016 where she ran cross country and track and field for the Eagles. She earned all-state and Academic all-state honors during the 2015 cross country season. She was a member of the Eagles cross country team that qualified for the state cross country meet during her senior and junior season. Also lettered in soccer.

Personal: Daughter of Joe and Pam Shehan. Has four siblings. Plans on majoring in nursing at West Texas A&M.
